Liberty-Eylau ISD

Liberty-Eylau Independent School District is located in Texarkana, TX. We consist of six campuses – Pre-K Grandview Center (Grades PK3 & PK4), Primary (Grades KG & 1st), C.K.Bender Elementary (2nd, 3rd, & 4th), Middle School (5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th), High School (9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th), and School of Success (Alternative Campus grades 7-12).

DISTRICT VISION: Liberty-Eylau is a school and community dedicated to student achievement. The graduates are prepared to meet their full potential, instilled with a lifetime desire to learn, and are confident in their ability to succeed. They possess the character to make a difference. Our staff is a team of leaders who are fair, respectful and nurturing in all our dealings. We create an encouraging supportive learning environment that inspires and motivates students to be their best.

4. Liberty-Eylau ISD will provide a well balanced and appropriate curriculum to all students.
5. Liberty-Eylau ISD will maintain a safe disciplined environment conducive to student learning.
6. Liberty-Eylau ISD will utilize creative and innovative techniques in instruction.
7. Liberty-Eylau ISD will comply with directives outlined in the "No Child Left Behind Act" of 2001.

Liberty-Eylau ISD adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for Maintenance and Operations than last year’s tax rate.
