Fees

Fee waivers are available for eligible students.  See Mrs. Hearn to determine your eligibility for a fee waiver.

To be eligible for a fee waiver, a student must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in high school in the 11th or 12th grade.
2. Either a United States citizen or testing in the U. S., U.S. territories, or Puerto Rico.
3. Participate in the free or reduced lunch program or meet one or more indicators of the other indicators of economic need listed on the ACT Fee Waiver form.

An eligible student may use a maximum of two separate fee waivers total. The waiver is used once a student registers, even if the student does not test on the requested test date.

IMPORTANT: To take full advantage of the waiver, eligible students must follow through and test on their registered test date.

Fee waivers cover the cost of the ACT or the ACT plus Writing including test score report to four colleges if valid college codes are entered when a student registers.    Fee Waivers do not cover late fees, test date or location changes or any  other services.

 

 

Liberty-Eylau High School code is 446-958.  Students must us this code when registering in order for LEHS to receive their scores for transcripts.

SAT waivers are available for eligible students.  See Mrs. Hearn to determine eligibility.

Any student who is on free or reduced lunch or is enrolled in a Federal Trio Program such as Educational Talent search or meet certain other indicators of economic need may qualify for a fee waiver. 

 

Once your counselor determines eligibility, students can receive up to four fee-waiver cards.  Students are eligible for only two SAT registrations and two SAT Subject Test registrations (for example, you can’t use three fee waivers for the SAT and one for SAT Subject Tests).

 

 

SAT Subject Test fee waivers can be used any time from 9th grade through graduation. SAT fee waivers can be used from 11th grade through graduation.

 

Fee-waiver codes are good for only one registration. If a student registers with a fee waiver and misses the test day, he cannot reregister with the same fee-waiver code. Students can, however, pay a fee to change their registration (change fees are not covered by fee waivers). To do this, go online or call Customer Service and transfer your registration to another test date.
